About Myself

I am a medical artist, interactive designer and full-stack developer with a Masters in Biomedical Communications (MScBMC) and a Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering, both from the University of Toronto. I enjoy being at the intersection of art, engineering and science as a unicorn.

I currently work as an UI/UX Designer at Synaptive Medical. My previous work was at AXS Studio, where I did UI and UX app/web design and coding for front-end and back-end. I was also involved in Unity development for mobile and Augmented Reality.

As a designer-developer, contributing from prototyping to production is fulfilling, and being able to look at our projects from function to form, skin to guts, helps create a better user experience.

Apart from doing these things I love as a career, I am learning to be a drummer, backyard farmer, throwing things (mostly pots), trying to stay on a unicycle, and also design pop-up cards in my spare time.
